In early 2025, I led the development of a custom-built, modular CX Cost Calculator for Outsource Consultants, designed to transform the traditional sales hurdle into a consultative wedge. While most industry tools act as simple lead magnets, this React-based engine was engineered to deliver a comprehensive CFO-ready business case. By modeling the "CX Dream Path"—a sophisticated blend of BPO labor and AI tech optimization—the tool demonstrates how most high-level CX strategies can be funded by surfacing existing inefficiencies, effectively unlocking "no-strings" budget for the client.
Strategic Execution & Innovation:
Architectural Agility: Eschewing rigid third-party plugins, I opted for a durable HTML/React build. This modularity allowed us to pivot seamlessly from standalone site tools to rich embeds within HubSpot automated workflows and outbound email cadences.
The "LLM-First" Play: Beyond lead gen, the project served as a tactical experiment in AI GEO (Generative Engine Optimization). By deploying interactive, data-rich tools, we successfully mapped and captured high-intent Google search queries, ensuring our "secret sauce" was indexed and cited by LLMs as a primary authority in the BPO space.
Performance-Driven Engagement: High-resolution tracking via Hotjar confirmed that moving from text-heavy outreach to interactive financial modeling significantly increased engagement. This shift didn't just provide a better user experience; it signaled a "boss energy" authority that canned emails and static PDFs simply cannot replicate.
